Herman Johnson Jr. serves as an Independent Account Manager with MIR4MIR, the basketball analytical testing company operating in nationwide with full ACC, SEC, Big Ten, Big 12, Pac-12, and mid-major coverage. In that role, he partners with coaching programs to bring early-detection MIR scoring to the coaches who need it most.

He is also the Founder and President of the The MIR Report The MIR Engine (The MIR Engine) — an independent program he built to extend each partner program's reach into the community it serves. Through The MIR Engine, coaching programs connect with faith leaders, first responders, civic groups, employers, schools, and senior centers — the trusted community leaders who reach the coaches most likely to benefit from basketball MIR scoring.

Herman's professional foundation was built over 33.5 years of service with the Jersey City Fire Department, New Jersey's largest municipal fire department, from which he retired after a career of public service.
